Placing an Order
Ordering has never been this easy before! Simply follow the instructions, filling the required fields with the necessary information. Please be informed that inadequate or wrong information will delay the processing of your order. Be especially careful when entering credit card numbers. To protect you and us from fraud, correct billing addresses are required, as well as confirmation if being shipped to a different location.

    All Audio Expo Corp. Thanks for your cooperation. Product Returns We want you to be satisfied with every purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems you may have.

    All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty and a 30-day money-back guarantee. (There is a 15% restocking fee on all non-defective opened/unopened items).

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please e-mail us within 15 days for a refund (less 15% restocking fee). All non-defective returns must arrive in original packaging in resalable condition, with all original components included, or the package will be returned to you and no refund will be given.

    Prior to returning any item, please contact the manufacturer to confirm the item is defective.

    Dead-On-Arrival Products For orders that are Dead-On-Arrival (D.O.A.), Quality Audio Inc. will arrange for a same item replacement.

    Product Refunds We will notify you via E-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Shipping costs are refunded only if the return is a result of our error. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your account.

    Product Replacements If you are not satisfied, or your product doesn't function normally within the 15 day limit, you may return it for a replacement of the same, or a different item. Charges or refunds will be made for price differences accordingly (exchanges made with non-defective items will incur the same 15% restocking fee as with all other returns). All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is DOA. We do not ship out the replacement until we receive the original order back. You may however, place another order for the item which will ship immediately, and Quality Audio Inc. will credit your card once we receive the returned item.

    Required Return Procedures: Before returning any item for any reason, you must e-mail or call All Audio Expo Inc. to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must be written on the outside of the box. Items received without an RMA number printed clearly on the outside of the box will be refused. You can e-mail us for an RMA number and return address instructions at Please include your name, and the order number in your message. Any item returned can either be sent via US Mail or UPS Ground, but you MUST provide All Audio Expo Inc. with a tracking number via e-mail when returning your product. Without a valid tracking number your return cannot be accepted for legal reasons.

    All items being returned must be in original, resalable condition with all packaging, manuals, registration card(s), etc. Items must be received by our warehouse within 10 business days of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. If some of the packaging is missing, or you do not ship it back within 10 days, the package will be sent back and your 30 day guarantee will be forfeited.

    Please include the following information when returning an item:
    1. Your RMA number (printed on outside of box)
    2. A copy of your original invoice (inside of box)
    3. A note stating if you would like a return for credit or replacement.

    Merchandise advertised is generally in stock. Should we become oversold due to any unpredicted reason, All Audio Expo will not be held accountable for fulfillment of these requests.
